Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This ensures that all returns are handled while products are in their optimal condition.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products shipped by Eco Cupid under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be returned with all original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase must accompany the return

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Essential oils and aromatherapy products that have been opened
• Personal care items that have been used or opened
• Intimate wellness products
• Sale items marked as final sale

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@eco-cupid.com to initiate your return
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return shipping instructions
3. Package your item securely with all original materials
4. Include your RA# and original order information
5. Ship to our returns address in Montreal

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2 business days
• You'll receive an email confirming your refund status
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Details

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items on sale may be subject to a restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
• We will arrange a return shipping label at no cost
• A replacement will be shipped once we receive the return
